Begonia and Dahlia Exhibition

Ibaraki Prefectural Flower Park

Since begonia has many original species and a wide range of breed variety, there are lots of colorful begonias differ by the size and the tint of pedal, the color or the shapes of leaves, blooming in the Ibaraki Prefectural Flower Garden.

More than 1000 selected begonias including bulb-type, standing-type, Elatior begonia, Rex begonia bloom gorgeously in the Flower Dome.






And, there are also about 200 dahlias with 30cm-diameter big colorful flower, or with lots of petals, welcoming the visitors.

More than 500 Christmas Roses bloom at newly opened Christmas Rose Garden

About 250 cherry trees at Fureai Forest become full bloom .
