Ibaraki is blessed with rich nature and good water from five water sources such as the Kuji River system / the Naka River system / Mt. Tsukuba water system / the Kinu River system / the Tone River system.

茨城县受大自然的恩赐拥有久慈川水系、那珂川水系、筑波山水系、鬼怒川水系、利根川5条丰富的水系。

Since Ibaraki has the most suitable water, rice and yeast for making sake, the number of sake breweries in the prefecture is 40, the largest in Kanto area as of November 2018. Each sake brewery produces its own wonderful sake, optimizing the great nature of Ibaraki.

茨城县内由于拥有丰富的水源和适合酿酒的稻米再加上酵母,在关东地区的酒窖位居首位,40处酒窖(2018年11月),富饶的自然环境为每家酒厂创造自己的美酒品牌带来了得天独厚的条件。

正是由於有這豐富水源以及適合釀酒的米和酵母,茨城縣在關東地區擁有最多的40家釀酒廠(至2018年11月統計),在這大自然的得天獨厚的條件下釀造出的美酒,各酒廠各具特色。

และเนื่องจากขั้นตอนการหมักเหล้าที่ใช้ข้าวและยีสต์ที่ดี จึงทำให้จังหวัดอิบารากิมีโรงหมักเหล้าถึง 40 แห่ง ซึ่งถือว่ามีเยอะที่สุดในเขตคันโต (ณ ปัจจุบัน พฤศจิกายน 2018) เหล้ารสชาติแสนอร่อยที่เกิดจากธรรมชาติอันยิ่งใหญ่ และถูกหมักในโรงหมักเหล้าที่เต็มไปด้วยลักษณะเฉพาะ

Vì Ibaraki có nước, gạo và men phù hợp nhất để làm rượu sake, nên có 40 nhà máy sản xuất rượu sake trong tỉnh , lớn nhất trong khu vực Kanto (tính vào tháng 11 năm 2018). Mỗi nhà máy rượu sake đều sản xuất ra các loại rượu sake ngon , tối ưu hóa bản chất tuyệt vời của Ibaraki.

◎Ginjoshu…It’s made using rice, rice mold and mother water, and a small amount of brewing alcohol is added. The remaining percentage after rice polishing is under 60. It has great aroma and fruity taste.

◎吟酿酒…精米比例60%以下,白米、米麹、水、再加少量的酿造酒精为原料,香味及色泽良好。

◎吟醸酒…精米比例60%以下的白米、米麴、水和少量釀造酒精等原料調製釀造而成。香氣溫和,味道濃厚。

◎긴조슈…정미 비율이 60%이하의 백미와 쌀누룩 및 술원료용 물, 소량의 주조용 알콜을 원료로 해서 만든 술로 향이 진하고 후루티한 맛을 느낄 수 있는 술

◎กินโจชู … ข้าวที่ได้รับการขัดอย่างน้อย 60 % ผสมข้าวโคจิและน้ำ ซึ่งใช้แอลกอฮอล์จำนวนเล็กน้อยเป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิต จึงทำให้เป็นเหล้าที่มีกลิ่นหอม

◎ Ginjoshu… Đây là loại rượu được làm từ gạo nguyên chất với tỷ lệ xay xát gạo thô dưới 60%, gạo mạch nha, nước cất, chỉ một ít rượu pha. Rượu có hương thơm tuyệt vời và hương vị trái cây.

◎Junmaishu…It’s made using rice, rice mold and mother water only. The remaining percentage after rice polishing is under 70. Since no brewing alcohol is added, the taste depends greatly on rice quality and the brewer’s technique.

◎纯米酒…精米比例70%以下,白米、米麹、水为原料。不含酿造酒精,只用米酿造的酒。酒的芳香体现出白米及酒窖的特长。

◎純米酒…精米比例70%以下的白米、米麴和水為原料調製釀造而成。不含釀造酒精,只用米通過發酵釀製而成的酒,米香芬芳。

◎쥰마이슈…정미 비율이 70%이하 백미와 쌀누룩 및 술원료용 물만을 원료로 해 만든 술 입니다. 주조용 알콜을 일체 사용하지 않고 쌀만으로 만들어진 술로 맛은 사용된 쌀의 특징이나 만든 양조장의 특징을 아주 잘 알수 있는 술 입니다.

◎จุนไมชู … ข้าวที่ได้รับการขัดอย่างน้อย 70 % ซึ่งเป็นเหล้าที่ใช้เพียงข้าวโคจิและน้ำเท่านั้นเป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิต โดยไม่ใช้แอลกอฮอล์แม้แต่นิดเดียว เหล้าจึงมีรสชาติของข้าว และโรงหมักเหล้าที่ใช้ในตอนหมักเป็นพิเศษ

◎ Junmaishu… Đây là loại rượu được làm từ gạo nguyên chất với tỷ lệ xay xát gạo thô dưới 70%, gạo mạch nha, nước cất . Rượu chỉ được làm bằng gạo mà không thêm rượu cho nên hương vị phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào chất lượng gạo và kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất rượu.

◎纯酿造…精米比例60%以下的白米和米麹再加水,与酿造酒精构成原料酿造的酒。香气柔和口味纯正。

◎本醸造…精米比例60%以下的白米、米麴、水和少量釀造酒精等原料調製釀造而成,香氣溫和,口味純正。

◎혼죠조슈…정미 비율60%이하의 백미와 쌀누룩 및 술원료용 물, 주조용 알콜을 원료로 해서 만든 술로 향은 약하나 깨끗한 맛을 특징으로 하는 술입니다.

◎ฮอนโจโซ … ข้าวที่ได้รับการขัดอย่างน้อย 60 % ผสมข้าวโคจิและน้ำ ซึ่งใช้แอลกอฮอล์จำนวนเล็กน้อยเป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิต เหล้าชนิดนี้ไม่มีกลิ่นแรงมากนัก และมีรสชาติที่อ่อน ซึ่งถือเป็นลักษณะพิเศษ

◎ Honjozo…Đây là loại rượu được làm từ gạo nguyên chất với tỷ lệ xay xát gạo thô dưới 60%, gạo mạch nha, nước cất, rượu pha. Hương thơm rất nhẹ, nhưng nó là một loại rượu có hương vị thuần khiết.
