Isokura Brewery was founded in the 1800s, with the aim of brewing the ideal Japanese sake for relaxing and drinking together. The brewery’s Inasato Sake is one of Ibaraki Prefecture staple local sake, and is made using locally produced rice and fresh spring water filtered through the granite rocks of Kasama City.
